Food Lab Menu

Cafeteria services are offered for grades 1 - 12 in the main cafeteria on the ground floor. Middle and high school students can also purchase food from the Cafe in the MS/HS Learning Commons. Students in EYP and Kindergarten must bring a snack and lunch from home each day.

This page is updated weekly with the upcoming menu, created in collaboration with the Health Center and Food Lab catering. The menu focuses on high-quality, clean, and healthy meals for students during school hours.

We are committed to accommodating various dietary needs and allergies. Our menu includes vegetarian meals and is nut- and seed-free. For gluten-free or celiac students, Food Lab can provide alternative options upon request made in advance. Please contact the Health Center at hjahshan@acsamman.edu.jo for assistance.

If your child has any allergies, please make sure the Health Center is aware and ask your child to notify the Food Lab staff.

Special meals can be prepared by Food Lab for students with food intolerances and allergies by giving the Food Lab staff notice one day in advance.
